So who are the Savannas?
High-bred individuals of SAVANNAS can be born not only when crossing a Serval with an ordinary cat. There are hybrid breeds from Bengal males, Eastern Shorthair cat, Siamese males and even from Egyptian Mau. Although, in general, all Savanna cats resulted from different breeds of domestic cats have similar features.
Savannah has a quite powerful look, its length averages 135 cm. Savannah is the highest among the domestic cats (this breed has been entered in the Guinness book of records for its height!). An adult cat weights from 7 kg to 15 kg. At the same time even heavyweights always look posh, keeping grace and swiftness of a wild animal.
How to choose a generation?
The body and neck of the Savannah are of distinct elongated shape. The head is small. Ears are often larger than the head.
The cats have very beautiful fur. Short, but at the same time very thick, covered with nice spotted pattern. The color of each cat can vary from chocolate to golden.
Savannah turns from a kitten into an mature cat in 3 years. Animals with excellent heredity are almost never sick. But they highly sensitive to living conditions-Savannah will quickly grow feeble in a cramped apartment, especially if the owner forgets to walk it often. Savannahs do not tolerate aggression and anger on the part of the owners.
